Students who will be taking the ACT Aspire next week are invited to Maumelle High on Friday, April 22 at 1pm for a pep rally to get hyped up for the upcoming test. Based on the latest weather updates, radar indicates that we will be able to release elementary students on time at 2:45pm. We will have update on dismissal for secondary students soon.
PCSSD is monitoring the severe weather as it moves across the state this afternoon. In order to keep our students and staff safe, we will delay dismissal until severe threats pass through Pulaski County. Students and staff will remain in the safe areas inside the building. If a parent wishes to pick up their child, you must do so before a tornado warning is in place. Once students and staff are in shelter, we cannot release them until the warning expires. We will update you as the weather changes and its impact on dismissal time.
