The following projects are proposed infrastructure improvements at buildings across Pulaski County Special School District. Each project listed below includes a preliminary budget as well as draft sketches of anticipated project development.
Schools not listed under the "Master Plan Projects" below will benefit from the passage of the vote as operating funds become available to address needs as they arise.

Interior and exterior lights to be upgraded to LED lighting across the District. This will save approximately 33% on electricity costs annually for the District.

Currently, the District uses Tridium integration software for HVAC and lighting controls in some schools which is not the most updated integration software. The upgrade will improve upon this integration software to align fire safety, access control and cameras all in one.
